Join the Gaming World Discord: talk about our reviews, previews and news, share the indie games you are playing, and meet the writers.

The site is where the writing lives. The Discord is where we talk about it, and about whatever you are playing. Every review, preview, news piece and feature is posted there as it goes up, with a thread underneath for anyone who wants to talk about it.
Start here: #welcome, #rules, #announcements for site and server news, and #introductions. From the site: #reviews, #previews, #news and #features. Community: #general, #what-are-you-playing, #indie-finds for games more people should know about, #emulation-and-handhelds, and #site-help when something on the site is broken.
Writers for the site have their own desk for pitches and editing help. Developers get a lounge once a mod has matched them to what they have already sent us, and #submit-your-game explains how to get a game in front of our writers. Games still come in through the submit form, not through Discord.
Be decent, keep it about games, and keep it safe for work. No politics or religion, no spam, and English in the public rooms. Never post a game key in the server: the bot blocks anything that looks like one, and keys go to previews@gamingworld.uk or the submit form. The mods' call stands; appeals go to hello@gamingworld.uk.
