High Voltage is a game where you build a power grid and generate power to raise the city's voltage. I played the demo and finished in about 40 minutes. I was initially drawn in by the simulation aspect and automating the energy running through the city. You start by placing a bike on the power grid and connecting it to the power source. You have to pedal manually, pressing A and D alternately. Pedalling generates energy and also gives the player money to spend.
