A tool that statically recompiles Nintendo 64 game code into C, which then builds into a native program.
N64Recomp reads the MIPS machine code of an N64 game and writes out C source that does the same work, function by function. That C is compiled for the PC alongside a runtime that handles graphics, audio and input, so the game runs without an emulator in between.
The tool contains no game code. Each project built on it asks the player to supply their own copy of the game, from which the recompiled program reads its data.
